Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I met Ray Frye the owner of BAHR through my property manager. His first project involved the rehab on one of our rental properties. I was very pleased with his work and since this time he has completed two fix and flip rehab projects for me. I am currently in the process of having him to rehab another rental property for me.
Ray has been available and very responsive during our communications. He is very thorough in his project assessments and will do his best to provide a fair price. He really prefers that the owner be and stay involved in their project with recommendations and suggestions on products used. He is very professional and I have personally found him easy to work with since I am an out of town investor.
Let Ray handle your next project and I believe that you will be very pleased.

Am I Ready to Be a Homeowner?

If you are considering purchasing a home that needs improvements or planning to update your current home, we can help you understand the remodeling possibilities. From kitchen and bathroom renovations to larger home improvement projects, we can discuss your goals, budget, and the work needed to make your home more comfortable and functional.

What Should I Expect at Closing?

Once you purchase a home, you may discover that certain areas require updates, repairs, or remodeling. Whether you are looking to modernize the kitchen, renovate a bathroom, or make improvements throughout the home, we can help you evaluate your remodeling needs and plan the next steps.

What Do I Look for in Homes?

When evaluating a home, look beyond the cosmetic appearance and consider the condition and potential of key areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, walls, layout, and other major components. A home that needs updating may still be a great investment if the required improvements are practical and within your budget. Our team can help you understand the remodeling opportunities available for your new or existing home.

Is Renting or Buying Better?

We can help homeowners transform existing spaces to better suit their lifestyle and preferences.

Can I Ask You for Advice?
